Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your purchase, given the items meet the following requirements:

• Items must be in resellable condition
• Items must be unused/unwashed
• We do not accept the returns of food or body care items due to health and safety reasons
• Sale collection items are Final Sale
• Gift cards cannot be refunded
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

To begin your online return:

• Email info@shopmodlum.com with your order number and reason for return
• Once return has been approved, we will provide you with an invoice for return shipping. Once invoice is paid, you will receive the return shipping label.
• If invoice for return shipping label is not paid within the 14 day return window, return will be voided.
• Once the return is received, please allow 3-5 business days to receive funds back into your account.
• Returns are accepted free of charge in store
